PRAGUE CASTLE PICTURE GALLERY
The permanent exhibition on show at the Prague Castle Picture Gallery introduces visitors to a splendid collection of over one hundred paintings which have been carefully selected from about 4,000 that are currently in possession of Prague Castle. The collections of the Picture Gallery include works of art by leading European Renaissance and Baroque painters. Among the greatest displayed there are paintings by Tizian, Tintoretto, Rubens, Hans von Achen, Spranger, Veronese, Cranach, Holbein and others. Czech art is represented by artists of Baroque period - Kupecký and Brandt.
