Extrem plus Praha bouldering and relaxation centre
This wall for beginner and advanced climbers has more than 5,300 holds and offers roof climbing. The facility is air-conditioned. Other services include a solarium, a hair and beauty salon, manicures and pedicures. Location: Plzeňská 88, Prague 5.
Lokal Block Praha Climbing Wall
This climbing facility provides courses for children, organises competitions and is home to a climbing club. It also includes a restaurant (good Mexican eats, such as nachos and quesadillas), sports bar and two projection screens. Location: Náměstí 14. října 1, www.lokalblok.cz.
Evropská Sports Centre
In addition to a climbing wall, this sports centre offers bowling, fitness, squash, spinning and a solarium. The centre is located at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport and also includes an athletics stadium and football field, as well as a basketball court. Location: José Martího 31, Prague 6.
Route Climbing Stena Ruzyne
Stena Ruzyne is the longest running indoor wall in Prague. It has hosted many Czech Championships and even several World Cup events. Wall measures 11 meters high and has every aspect from vertical to complete roof. Location: Lezecka stena Ruzyne, Drnovska 19, Prague 6. Opening hours: Mo, Tu, We, Fr, 15:00 – 22:00, Sun 13:00 – 20:00, July, August closed, June some more restriction. Webstite: www.stena-ruzyne.com
Bouldering Ultra Ant Club - Tynska
Prague climbing wall in city center, height 7 meters and bouldering. Location: Ultra Ant Club, Tynska 17, Prague 1. Opening hours: weekdays 8:00 – 22:00, weekend 10:00 – 22:00. Website: www.ultraant.com
Bouldering Adrenaline Pit
Quite new climbing wall and boulder gym located in Prague center on Wenceslas Sq. Location: Adrenaline Pit, Václavské nám. 835/15, Praha 1. Opening hours: weekdays 7:00 – 23:00, weekend 8:00 – 23:00. Website: www.adrenalinepit.cz
