Prices for 3 star hotels in Prague range from 35 EUR up to 200 EUR for a standard double room. You can find pretty nice 3 star hotels in the city centre but they can be quite expensive, as you pay for the location. Service is less impressive at some of the city's 3 star hotels, where staff — not all of whom speak English — sometimes give the impression that it's your privilege to stay with them rather than their responsibility to look after their guests.
