Cesky Sternberk

Cesky Sternberk Castle is a well-preserved castle built around 1241, situated just 45km from Prague. The castle is connected with the old Czech noble family of Sternberk, which has a gold six-pointed star on its coat-of-arms. Inside the castle you will see attractive interiors full of the fascinating Sternberk family collections. One is a remarkable set of copper engravings from the Thirty Years War, which contains more than 500 leaves.
