Museum of Decorative Arts
Come to see this French neo-Renaissance museum where you can find exquisite furniture, tapestries, pottery, clocks, books, a beautifully preserved collection of clothing and fine displays of ceramics and glass. It is one of the world's largest glass collections (including special pieces of Bohemian, medieval and Renaissance glass).
Location: Ulice 17. listopadu 2, Prague 1
Open: 10am-6pm Wed-Sun; 10am- 7pm Tue. Every first Friday in the month is free of charge for students and seniors. Mondays closed.
Admission: 80-130 CZK

For more than 120 years, the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague has been collecting and preserving the history of Czech arts and crafts, applied art, and design and display exquisite examples of European decorative arts (neo-Renaissance museum) that tread that fine line between fine and applied art.
