Drugs
The drug trade is picking up force: marijuana is a popular indulgence among the young and harder drugs are also available (including heroin and cocaine). Keep in mind that it's illegal to sell or buy any drugs and the police have succeeded in making some raids on dealers of pot as well as hard drugs such as cocaine and locally produced amphetamine Pervitin.

Prague’s liberal laws and liberal policies mean that the city has earned a reputation of being pot-friendly, and it is estimated that nearly half million marijuana users are largely ignored by the authorities and tolerated by almost everyone. Most pubs and non-tourist bars outside of the centre allow you to smoke inside. But don’t try lighting some skunk at a dance club!

Wenceslas Square Offers Brothels and Drugs on Every Corner

It should be the city centre and the main attraction of the capital. Instead, it is quite dilapidated and noisy, and after dusk it is better not to venture there at all. This is what Václavské Square is like. Every day hundreds of drug doses are sold there, and it has probably the most brothels of the whole of Prague! However after years the decision has been finally made to carry out a thorough reconstruction of the square.
