Car Rental

If you are only staying in Prague, it makes no sense to hire a car as the city centre is quite compact and you will be fin using public transport or walking. Just imagine narrow, cobblestone streets; human traffic doesn't make driving a pleasure! If, however, you decide to do a couple of day trips, this can be an exception. You can find car rental agencies directly outside the airport on the ground floor of the airport parking garage and in the city centre; all international companies are represented. The daily hire charge for a medium-sized car is around 3,000 CZK per day, usually with unlimited mileage. To hire a car you must be at least 21 years old and hold a driving licence for at least 1 year.
