Prague to Bratislava by Train
There are nine direct trains between Prague and Bratislava, including trains leaving from Prague - Holesovice and bound for Hlavna stanica (Bratislava's Main Railway Station). A one-way ticket without any promotional discounts costs 697 CZK (around 25 EUR). If taking the Pendolino train, you will need to pay the obligatory seat reservation of 200 CZK (8 EUR).
There are also two overnight trains and two daily trains leaving from Prague - Hlavni nadrizi, bound for Bratislava - Hlavna stanica.

Buying tickets online
If you wish to purchase tickets online be warned that some international websites selling tickets do charge an extra booking fee and you might end up paying up to twice as much compared to if you buy the tickets directly from the Czech Railways website.
Alternative: Private transfer by taxi, minibus or coach.
