If you will be arrest for any reason whatsoever, you are entitled to call your embassy. Also note that if you can’t prove your identity, police can detain you for up to 48 hours.

Foreigner’s Police Station, Prague 1, Jungmanovo namesti 9 (the nearest metro stop is Mustek). This police station is open 24 hours. English translators are provided. But if you are victim just find the nearest police station and someone some should be able to help you. But do not expect that Prague police have a good reputation for helpfulness.

Smoking. The Czech Republic has anti-smoking laws which state that smoking is prohibited at schools, cinemas, theatres, sports facilities, state offices and other public spaces such as bus and tram stops. There’s a 1000 CZK fine for smoking at tram and bus stops.
