Astronomical Tower at Clementinum The large historical complex of baroque buildings - the Clementinum - the seat of Czech Republic National Library - comprises space of historical interest that witnessed efforts for the education of in the year 2000, the spaces newly opened for public access included the BAROQUE LIBRARY HALL with its perfectly preserved Baroque interior and the Astronomical Tower with rare astronomical instruments on display. Buildings date form after 1720 and have since preserved intact their original Baroque form given them by K. I. Diwtzenhofer. Opening Hours : Mo to Fr from 2pm until 9pm Sat&Sun from 10am until 9pm.
