Even vegetarians are well catered for in Prague and numerous restaurants offer vegetarian options. Nevertheless, even when a dish is described as meatless, it’s always worth double- checking. In Czech menu vegetarians should particularly choose meals marked as bez masa (in translation it literally means – meat free dish).

Country Life is a self-service vegetarian restaurant. Considering that there are not many such places in the city, this restaurant offers decent vegetarian dishes. There is a non-smoking dining room.
